- Organizing and managing the testing effort and resources for assigned projects
- Reporting, including statistical reports, to the Test Manager and other managers
- Ensure that the test environment is maintained in line with the production system
- Mentoring Test Analysts and directing them in correct procedures to follow

- Involvement in the software design process and attending JAD sessions
- Liaise with developers, business analysts, data management and technical support staff to ensure testing requirements are understood and met
- Reviewing Test/Business documentation to ensure it meets Test Team requirements
- Analyzing functional specifications/use cases and logging issues
- Decomposing Requirements/Use cases and develop test requirements, test cases and test data

| Execution |
- Code walk-through, System testing, Regression testing and Interface testing
- Raising faults and issues including logging, tracking, retesting all issues
- Helping resolve software issues and faults
- Developed an in-house Access database application with user interface to help the testing team to micro-manage the regression scripts
- Helping to analyze the new automated tool requirement
